Customers can now economically incorporate our new propane and reformed methanol 100w to 200w fuel cell generator battery-chargers into their mobile and stationary remote off-grid configurations to ensure reliable dc power for long periods of time between site visits. Fuel cell generators are quiet, small and light weight, green, and energy efficient. Our new “Pilot to Purchase” fuel cell programs break down the barriers of testing and purchasing these new dc power systems to enable customers to own the entire system in three to five monthly payments. Sirius Integrator is now offering a new very cold fuel cell enclosure for the Horizon 100w RMFC (Reformed Methanol Fuel Cell) for recharging lead acid or LiFEPO4 battery systems that support mission or data critical applications. Included in this special outdoor enclosure is a motorized vent and heater, 1.5" insulation, and thermal warming of incoming air. The Horizon Mini 100, 100w fuel cell, automatically starts and stops to recharge 12v lead acid battery banks to enable a great reduction in site visits to off-grid remote locations. This system can deliver up to 2400w per day to your battery bank and works great with solar or wind hybrid systems. Reliable off-grid dc power is challenging in very cold locations. In this picture the fuel cell is deployed with a solar configuration, battery box, methanol fuel cell inside of a well prepared very cold enclosure. The solar configuration is upright to minimize snow cover that can stop solar power generation.
Neat Methanol and Reformed Methanol fuel cells ranging from 45w to 200w can be housed inside of the enclosure with the application electronics and fuel cartridges. With Neat Methanol PEM fuel cells, the water exhausted needs to be either removed from the enclosure or collected inside, to protect against freezing exhaust tubes that can cause the system to stop running.

The Atrex Energy RP Series is a family of quiet, clean, and reliable DC power systems based on proprietary tubular ceramic fuel cell technology to service remote or off grid applications.
